iasset.com Group of Companies Incorporates in Singapore

The iasset.com Group of Companies “the Group” is pleased to announce that it has now established global headquarters in Singapore.

As part of this transition and to reinforce the global nature of its business, the iasset.com Board of Directors has appointed Mr Adel Eid as a new non-Executive Director.

Mr Eid brings over 15 years of IT and channel sales and marketing management experience and will provide strategic guidance as the Group continues to consolidate its global position and strengthen its relationships across the globe.

Taking on the role as a Non-Executive Director, Mr Eid concurrently holds the position of Senior Director of Channels for Asia Pacific at Cyberark, and has held positions in Symantec, Cisco Systems, Sony, Novell, Compaq and Ingram Micro working across multiple countries in Europe and Asia. His experience working both in the IT industry and within multicultural environments brings valuable expertise to the Group’s current and future business activities.

In addition, Singapore provides a strategically important hub for the Group’s new headquarters as it is a central pivot between EMEA and the Americas. This move further reinforces the multinational nature of the Group’s business and relocates it closer to its global customers.
