Jim Stockwell
Jim is a results-driven executive with 28 years’ of experience working within the global IT industry. As a veteran of channel renewals, he brings focus to the European sales region by providing consultative and strategic solutions to drive incremental services revenues, reduce costs and increased customer satisfaction on behalf of his customers.
Jim spent nearly five years as director of global pre-sales and renewals management at Concentrix, a business process outsourcing company owned by Synnex. Before that, he was founding member of Aspire Technology, an asset renewal platform provider that was later acquired by Concentrix in 2010 to enhance the company’s technology and renewal automation capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Jim was responsible for developing and rolling out vendor service solutions where he created annuity and renewal sales programs across numerous multinational IT vendors.
